CANCELLATION POLICY

Our time together is very important to me and is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. Please see the following: Cancellations within 12 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Any cancellation or appointment change/adjustment must be communicated within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. If there is no communication of cancellation, rebooking will not be permitted. Any same day appointment adjustments cannot be made and you will be charged for the service scheduled. I will try my best to accommodate any rescheduled requests as soon as possible but it may be a few weeks before a new appointment can be made.
